Coloroom is hiring experienced hair stylists to join our team in Loveland and Fort Collins.
This role is for professional stylists who are confident behind the chair, care about strong craft and healthy hair integrity, and want to work in a salon culture that feels warm, flexible, inclusive, and team-focused.

Compensation and benefits
Compensation
This position offers one of the following compensation structures based on experience and established clientele:
Hourly compensation of $16 to $24 per hour
Service commission starting at 40%
Current commission-based stylist earnings potential ranges from approximately $20 to $75 per hour before tips.
Other compensation
This position includes guest tips and retail commission of up to 12%. No other bonus or incentive compensation is offered.
