Our Story
Coloroom Aveda Salon was founded by 3 hairstylists in 2021. Brittanie Bae, Stefani Timmermeyer, and Ali Porter opened Coloroom’s first location in Central Loveland, and their growth was accelerated when an unexpected opportunity was presented just 11 months later to open their second location in the Campus West Shopping Center of Fort Collins in 2022.
Co-owners and Master Stylists Brittanie and Stefani both started their career behind the chair, and their love of doing hair was just the beginning of the dream that is now Coloroom. With Brittanie’s passion for talent recruiting, education, and empowering those around her, and Stefani’s desire for entrepreneurship, being an encouraging leader, and creating opportunities for advancement for those who work for and alongside her, they quickly realized they could be the perfect duo. Master Stylist Ali has also been instrumental in bringing the vision of Coloroom to life. With her creative eye, her excitement for growing in the salon industry, and her dedication to her craft both as a stylist and with interior design, Coloroom went from a dream to the amazing hair salons our staff and clients have come to love.
Coloroom was founded to be a space for collaboration with both clients and the team, and their values have expanded into every aspect of the business.
